I purchased a bottle of 12 year old Knockando Whiskey and The Scotman newpaper for my sons 40th birthday,it arrived on time but when I opend the box it was not what I ordered,I was so disappointed that there was a bottle of 12 year old Glenfiddich (which is a good whiskey ) but not what I ordered.If you had got in touch with me to let me know you didn't have Knockando I would have upgraded or I would have cancelled the order, I could have purchsse a bottle of 12 years old Glenfiddich in the supermarket and it would not have cost me £94 The concept of the newspaper and a special bottle of whiskey and packaging is good but no corespondence to say you couldn't deliver what I order was so disappointing.
