Knew this service was out there and wanted to get something special for my 2 grandsons for the future. The ordering process could be much improved, difficult to work out what you've ordered and particularly on the personalisation section. I didn't get it quite right so had to order again for completeness. However the delivered product was excellent but it turned out to be far more expensive than first envisaged, but my choice and it was for 2 special people but wouldn't normally pay so much for a backdated copy of The Graundian.....
