I was the purchaser rather than the recipient of this. I was frustrated that at the point of purchase it was impossible to add a gift message. I contacted customer services who said that unfortunately it wasn't possible to add a card with the newspaper and wine option. So i had to send a separate card to let the recipient know that the mystery gift was from me. Having said that, it arrived in time and the recipient seemed genuinely delighted.
