My product arrived 10 days after the delivery date I was told it would be. I know they are busy but the box was damaged and damp too so the product itself was also slightly damaged. Your customer services team was extremely helpful and quick to reply so thank to to them. I think you should include extra protection in the wrapping for such an expensive item. I like the product itself but it is disappointing overall, even allowing for the business of the season, as it is a Christmas present for someone special.
