Ordered a newspaper for a Christmas present. Delivery date passed but was sent a replacement next day delivery to ensure I had one for Christmas as it didn't look like first order was coming. Both came on same day. In process of sending additional one back but huge thanks to the team and in particular the rapid response to emails sent. Would certainly use again, great customer service and seems delay was down to Royal Mail.
