The envelop for my initial order arrived, but the package had been opened and the newspaper was not inside. I rang to make another order, and they just sent a replacement free of charge - they explained because the newspaper was going overseas it would automatically be opened by customs, and it would seem it just hadn't been sealed again properly. All I had to do was send a photo of the opened envelope. That is good service.
