Got a personalised book for a relatives 50th birthday, description for it rang out quality. However, it was delivered 4 days after the advised date (waiting 12 days for delivery). The personalised piece was a sticker that had been printed with the recipients name and a message which looked cheap and nasty. To add insult it wasn't even applied straight. The contents of the book also has adult chat line advertisements in there as well. Disappointed, would not recommend.
