First placed an order with them on the 16th May. It’s my dads birthday on the 2nd of June so I placed the order in plenty of time. The book then arrived about a week or so later and it had so many marks and scraps all over it. I emailed pictures and I got a response 4 days later saying they will send out another free of charge. I explained at this point it’s now very close to my dads birthday and it needed within the week. It took them another 3 days to dispatch and they’ve sent it standard delivery rather than express. I now have no gift for my dads 60th birthday. Really not happy with the customer service. Had they acted with more urgency and sent the item first class then this would be a different review. Not at all happy. This was a printing error on their behalf, I would have excpected the company to do what they could to make things right and send a replacement ASAP. Really disappointing.
