Although the product is excellent, I found the website frustrating as I went to buy a newspaper with a bottle of whisky in a gift box, but as there was no facility for writing a gift card I put it on hold, in order to write to customer service and find out how to send the card. They informed me there was NO facility for a gift card, so although disappointed I returned to the site to buy with no gift card, but by that time the paper I wanted had gone! i ended up buying another gift product but this is a REAL fault that the business should rectify. If people are buying products which are advertised as gifts, there should be a way to at least tell the recipient who its from!
