Very poor Customer Service None delivery of the item. When asked for assistance in trying to locate the parcel I was told to sort it myself, despite the Post Office directing me to their website which specifically states the sender is responsible for contacting the PO about lost parcels. This book is a present for a friend currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy and was intended to cheer them up. All it has done is add extra stress to an already stressful situation. Very disappointed in the lack of help from this company. I'm sure they would be brilliant if everything goes according to plan, but they are not equipped to deal with anything out of the ordinary. The person on the other end of the email seems incapable of thinking outside the box; they have a script to work to and are sticking with that. There is no human contact or feelings involved. Such a shame in this day and age when businesses really should value the customer. Thanks for nothing! Added 22.12.20 - Full refund and apology received - thank you.
