Thank you so much! The site was easy to navigate & I chose a local paper to commemorate my parents' first date 60+ years ago, to be sent direct to them as part of their Christmas present. About an hour later, I realised I'd chosen the wrong year. I emailed, and called, the support team. The telephone response was courteous and very helpful, my email was found and linked into the resolution process, the mistake was resolved and a replacement chosen by the end of the day.
