However, I got the wrong date (for the birthday), I phoned customer service expecting to be told that they don't exchange... However the lovely lady accepted the error and happily gave me a refund code and advised me to order another and return the incorrect one. The correct one came within two working day's (paid priority delivery... Get Proof of postage) and the refund was processed quickly. Cant fault the after sale care. Thank you so much. X Ps.
