Had it not been for the fact that one was unable to add hyphens to a name on your online order form(my wife has two in hers!) I would have been very happy with this product and probably would have given you five stars. However on being promised hyphens would be added as a ‘one off’ I was most disappointed when the book arrived still with no hyphens. Please can you rectify your software.
