Ordered for a birthday present with confirmation that we would receive no later than the day before the birthday and the fact the book was relevant to the date we expected to receive it in time. What actually happened is we was informed of it’s despatch the day before the birthday and was sent by standard delivery resulting in us receiving the order two days after the big day. Can’t say if the product is worth the cost as we have had no feedback from the recipient but if you are considering making a purchase I would recommend allowing more than the 11 days we did.
