I ordered a newspaper, framed, on 6th December. The expected delivery date was 9th -13th December but we are now at 28th December and it is still 'processing' I have tried calling but there is no answer and I have received no updated information. I understand things are slower with COVID however there should also be updates and useful tracking available which in this case there is not. Equally it seems somewhat previous to ask for a review prior to the goods being sent, especially if they are late. I will continue to attempt to contact someone for an update. I have read the reply from Historic newspapers and amended my rating, it is after all how a company deals with a problem that is important, mistakes do happen. I have still only rated it at 4 stars though as the easy access frame (so you can view the paper any time) is not so easy to access and not as expected. However the product itself is as ordered.
