Fantastic customer service and product. I wanted to buy an album for my aunt's 90th birthday. Obviously, I wanted all 90 pages of each years newspaper. I contacted customer service who advised me that I needed to wait a month after the event, to get the front page from her 90th year. I did this and contacted customer service again to discuss the type of leather etc. All went off without a hitch and the album is superb. Well worth waiting the month to get the extra year and a complete album. A box of chocolates bridged the gap between her birthday and receiving the proper present!
