Ordered 2 Birthday Edition Newspapers books. I was provided with a date at checkout and was happy with this because it meant they would arrive in time for my trip to my children. However, 2 days before I was due to receive them I received an email stating they would be delays to the following week. Given this was the main present and I panicked. Historic Newspapers clearly do not understand the urgency of a date even though they advertise their products for date related celebrations. As is happened, the delivery arrived the next day but no thanks to Historic Newspapers. I have a stressful day and had to research other appropriate presents which I could receive on time. They really need to understand at how their email is going to be received and act appropriately. Accurate information is essential and if they can't guarantee a delivery time they should automatically provide a refund, if there is a financial impact, perhaps they will make a little more effort. I have learned my lesson and would not use them or recommend them. The Newspaper Book was nice but, worth the money, I am not so sure.
