On Friday 18th May, from the other side of the world, I ordered a 100 year old London Times as a gift for a friend. I then sent an email seeking assurance that it would arrive in Melbourne in time for his 100th birthday. The next morning I received a response saying that delivery was scheduled for 22 May. It arrived on that day, after only 4 or 5 days - from the other side of the world. Great service
