Product is Great, experience not so good. Ordered an urgent delivery that did not turn up in time for my dads 80th Birthday. Appreciate I ordered late, but I would expect a quicker service when paying for an urgent delivery. Still disappointed with your reply, my 'urgent' order was placed Friday afternoon not Friday evening as you have suggested. Customer Service disappointing & now misleading, your comments have been changed!
