A good concept but attention to detail and refinement is lacking. Follow up is very perfunctory and customer relationship is poor. It is transactional and there is no value assigned to repeat business. The so called "certificate" has been cheapened over the years, the personalized embossing on the high end presentation box is no longer available. This was a good concept but one that is now widely available from many other web sites in many countries. Try harder !
