The product itself was absolutely wonderful and my dad was so pleased. it was his 90th birthday and I've never seen him look so chuffed about anything. The reason for the 4 and not 5 rating is because it actually arrived two days after his birthday despite me ordering it a full week before which was extremely disappointing but overall very happy.
