I ordered a Calendar and the most important news date was missing, I asked them to send the replacement as a matter of urgency as the person the gift was for was coming in the next afternoon and then moving away. I was advised that the replacement would take the same length of time. I have since asked to cancel the order and be refunded. No apology received.
