I ordered a history book, The Rolling Stones, as a gift for a friend and the team at HN were responsive and helpful, the book arrived and was great, except it was missing a chunk of content. I raised this with HN and the investigated, agreed there had been an error and without hesitation ordered a replacement. With appropriate apology and positve engagement from the team. Although there had been an initial omission, mistakes happen, and the recovery is most important and HN were brilliant! Thanks!
