I ordered a newspaper and a gift box. The paper arrived without the gift box. I wrote to H.N. with my order number, date of purchase total amount of money paid, and was asked to send a picture of the box it came in. I sent the picture. I have written to H.N. 2 times since then but have not heard back. Am currently out of town but as soon as I return, I will send back the newspaper and get my money back. I am very disappointed in this company.
