Front cover had the gold text slightly damaged. Turned out to be a good thing as it got me to check the inside of the book. Instead of Manchester City history, it was Sheffield United... and this was due to be a Christmas present for a dedicated City fan. Hoping customer service resolve the issue and I can return with a good review.
Delivery took 4 days which for a personalised product was good.
Wish I had waited till black friday for 25% off though. It's an expensive gift.
