I am appalled at the service from this company and warn anyone buying from them. You're lucky if your order goes well, however, when it doesn't the customer service is atrocious. I ordered a book on 18th November delivery between 27th 29th November. It hasn't arrived and I've paid a lot of money. Numerous emails from me I received an email from Dawn on 1st December stating it could yake 48 hours. Still not received and more emails to Dawn and no reply. This company is terrible for their customer service and I will never buy from them again ever.
