First of all, it took 24 days to get my order. I tried getting in tough with consumer service and after about 5 days the responded and finally let me know my order was being shipped. But when the book arrived the cover was scratched and had scuff marks all over it. The package was perfectly fine, so clearly the damage was done before they had shipped it out. The idea of the product is wonderful, but it is embarrassing to have to give this to someone as a gift. For almost $100 one would hope that they are getting a beautiful, quality piece, and this is not the case.
