I’m really disappointed in the book I received. I paid for the leather cover and gift box. What was received was a mess - it’s as if pages are wet, the binding is completely coming apart, and even the gift box is damaged (I wouldn’t be upset about the box if they didn’t charge you for it). I’ve reached out to customer service and will update this review once they respond and a new book is received. I’ve tried several times to add photos of the book but the website won’t upload them
