On page 5 of the original Daily Express 4th September 1935 is a story concerning my grandfather. I contracted to buy this paper, but was sent the Welsh Edition which does not feature the story. Although they said there were Scottish and Irish editions of this same date's Express, they did not bother to say that this was the Welsh edition not the national edition which I can see on the Daily Express archive website.
So basically I have been missold £58 of waste paper
