The paper we ordered was a gift and in the process, the mailing address was lost and we realized it was being sent to us (the givers) instead of the recipient. Within 5 minutes I alerted the company and asked that they correct it. They claimed that they could not. So I received the paper, had to pay for it to be shipped to the actual recipient ($16.00) and it arrived late as a result. Very disappointing!
