The order took over 2 weeks to deliver, and when it did, none of the left-hand pages were legible. They were faded out. They said they did a quality check on every shipment, so I sent them photos of the pages as proof. They offered to send me a replacement book at no charge; however, they would not expedite shipping. The book was ordered for a birthday party gift, and without expediting, it could not make it on time for the party. Replacement arrived 10 days after the party.
