Terrible service - I ordered a paper for a friends birthday and the wrong one was sent! I was then made to feel like it was my fault I had to send photos to prove I wasn’t lying and then I had to go out of my way to arrange to get it sent back to them before they would consider a refund! THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM OUT!! I’ve had no offer of a gesture and at the moment, a month later, I’m still out of pocket as they are yet to refund me!
I would not recommend this company at all!!!
