I have been working with them for over 2 years and suddenly I was asked for a new verification process (KYC) and since then, 1 month later, I am unable to make trades and withdraw coins. There are almost $4,000.00 USD immobilized. No tickets are answered, I am completely in the dark. Now I just want my money back and then I will forget these guys.
