At first, it seemed like I had lost access to my account completely, and I was really confused about what had happened. After doing some checking, I discovered that the platform had been moved to a new domain,
hit-btc.exchange, during this transition, they also moved all user accounts, including mine, to the new platform. Once I realized what was going on, I quickly acted to recover my account. I followed the instructions provided on the new site and merged my old account information with the updated system. Thankfully, after completing the process, I was able to regain full access to my account. It was a bit of a stressful experience at first, but in the end, everything worked out.
