I booked an Easter Bonnet Workshop at the Bournemouth store but the day before my grand daughter tested positive for COVID.
I contacted the store and cancelled and was told to call customer services and explain this to them.
Without hesitation I was offered a refund (which I didn’t expect as it was so close to the workshop date)
