Recently purchased a Brother LS14 Sewing Machine. After many attempts of trying we could not get it to stitch correctly - the lower bobbin kept jamming. We took it back to the store after 4 weeks and they replaced it without question and even said we could choose an alternative machine. We went for another LS14 and the new machine is working great.
