On two occasions I used hobby craft online on both occasions this is exactly how it went...
Website says Delivery within 3 days.
After three days it hadn’t even been passed to the courier. Contacted hobbycraft and was told it’ll be delivered tomorrow. It wasn’t...(this happened on two separate occasions)
I was then told it would be delivered the next day...again it wasn’t. Ultimately I ended up cancelling both orders and requesting a refund. Just shockingly bad service. The most disappointing I’ve encountered honestly.
