I was just served by a lovely lady named Donna (name given on receipt). It is extremely rare to receive such considerate service that Donna just provided. Donna was very helpful when I realised my new card was not working, and offered her help and support. She was very patient when I mentioned I would call upon my partner to pay for my items ready for world book day. Very kind lady, who deserves praise. Thank you ever so much Donna.
