I ordered the HMC5883L triaxis magnetometer break out. It works well. Just a couple of things:- the bldr instructable video shows a different make of break out. the example software needs amending as there needs to include #include<Adafruit_Sensor.h> and #include<Adafruit_BMP085.h>. When testing I found that there is a permanent field in one axis which is possibly due to the 4pin link supplied. The breakout should be connected to the Arduino by a length of non-magnetic ribbon cable. These are small problems but some amendments to the docs would make things easier for others.
