I've placed many orders in recent years, and every one has been well packed, delivered very quickly, and always 100% accurate. On one occasion I placed an order and realised I'd missed something off ... no problem ... I ordered the extra item and sent an email to ask that the orders be combined, and received a prompt refund for part of the postage.
