Hobbytronics stock lots of quirky gizmos that I find really useful with my Arduino projects. They make their own interface boards for RS232 or motors or ..other things. I find their range of connectors are fantastic & I'll use Hobbytronics in preference to other supplier such as Farnell or RS. The delivery is always quick (I always want my stuff yesterday)
