Despite a staff illness that interrupted their production of some of their in-house designs, they kept me informed and managed to produce two of the items I had requested. They were als very helpful in answering my questions about the third item I required, such that using their firmware and 3rd party programming tool (downloaded in a single Zip file from their site) in combination with the circuit schematic from their site, and parts ordered from their stock, I now have a working SerialVGA circuit (albeit currently on a breadboard).
