Holidu seem to be a third party in Bookings.com
This makes communication very convoluted.
1. Messages through the Bookings.com ap
2. Messages through Holidu who suggested
3. Email the host directly
4. Contact the host via WhatsApp
Holidu did assist with getting us a full refund when the accommodation was grossly unsuitable on arrival and we had to cancel and find an alternative.
