If you’re not prepared to relinquish full control of your property, I would not recommend this service. They require you to invest hours setting up your listing and pay a setup fee, only to later reveal that they will manage every aspect of your property—including guest selection and pricing—leaving you with no say in the process. I can’t speak to their effectiveness in property management, but my experience with their communication was frustrating and misleading. Although they market themselves as a platform for seasonal rental listings, they actually operate as a management agency. Ultimately, I feel that they wasted several hours of my time for nothing.
