My experience with Home Appraisals, Inc. was good overall. They communicated by phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Both the coordinator and appraiser were courteous and accommodating to my schedule. The appraiser showed up on time and efficiently performed the appraisal, causing me little wasted time. The two criticisms I would offer would be that 1) I was asked some questions about the reason for the appraisal that I did not wish to answer and 2) The appraisal came back with a valuation that I thought seemed pretty high, but this could be partially attributed to the rapidly changing pricing in my area. All things considered, I would choose Home Appraisals, Inc. again.
