A very good experience with the appraisal for a client. This was a pre-list appraisal and our appraiser was knowledgable and thorough. My client had an unrealistic price in mind and we needed to get a price that would sell and still put money in his pocket and the appraisal came in the area I thought it should be (with no indication from me to the appraiser). I would use their services again and highly recommend them.
