I needed two appraisals done simultaneously for my Mom's house - one showing current value, and a second showing the value a year earlier, on 1/23/13, which is when she passed away (for estate tax purposes). Home Appraisals, Inc. was very easy to work with, and responded quickly. The appraiser came right on time, was very professional, and was very thorough in assessing the house and property. I got the results of the two appraisals a few days later. I will definitely use Home Appraisals, Inc. again the next time I need quick and accurate appraisals.
