Joseph was fast and polite however his appraisal didn't make any sense in the current Aventura real estate market. He over estimated the apt. with 43000 $ over the most expensive compatible recent sales in the same complex. This is in spit of the fact that the apt. was converted from a 3/3 to a 2/3 . No buyer in his right mind would pay so much more and out price himself in the market. it should have been obvious to him being a real estate agent as well as an appraiser. I would not recommend him unless you want to over price your property!
