I think before I'd even clicked over to my email after placing the order, the entire thing had been processed and was ready to ship. I placed the order the evening of the 16th and it arrived on the 19th with everything packed carefully and instructions printed on each item along with references to more online instructions and videos. The starter soil is beautiful.
