My problem with Homeaglow isn't with the way their employees cleaned - I had three different workers, and they all were great cleaners. My problem with them is the fact that they cancel so often. I understand emergencies come up, but every other time? I think Homeaglow needs to teach their employees about keeping promises, or perhaps provide pickup and delivery services when their cars inevitably break down. Having cleaners book your cleaning and then cancel at the last minute is disrespectful and unprofessional, not to mention really inconvenient. If I had time to clean my house, I wouldn't need to hire them, now would I? I would not recommend Homeaglow to anyone.
